Tiramisu is a world-famous light, delicious and easy coffee dessert from Italian cuisine. Its main ingredients are sponge fingers, coffee, cacao powder and a special light cream made from mascarpone cheese.
In this dessert, it is possible to replace the sponge fingers with many other ingredients such as cakes, biscuits and even cookies. The coffee component can also be replaced with many other flavors even fruits. All these replacements and alternatives makes it possible to make tiramisu in many different ways. In this recipe, we are going to make easy tiramisu with petit beurre biscuits.
How to Make Tiramisu with Biscuits

Ingredients
- 24 petit beurre biscuits
- 2 egg whites
- 150 gr. powdered whipped cream
- 300 gr mild cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons of Turkish coffee
- 2 tablespoons of cacao powder
- 1 water glass of water
How to Make Easy Tiramisu
1- First of all, put 2 egg whites into a large bowl and beat with a mixer.
2- When the egg whites thickens, add the mild cream cheese and continue to mix
3- When the ingredients blend well, add the powdered whipped cream and beat until the mixture transforms into a cream.
4- Refrigerate the cream for 1 hour.
5- When the cream rests in the refrigerator, you can prepare the coffee-water mixture.
6- Put 2 tablespoons of Turkish coffee into a bowl and pour 1 glass of water.
7- Mix until coffee powder blends with the water completely.
8- Now we can prepare the biscuits. Take 12 petit beurre biscuits. One by one, dip them into coffee-water mixture and array on a flat plate.
9- After completing all 12 biscuits, add half of the cream on biscuits.
10- Spread the cream equally over the biscuits.
11- Then repeat the process of dipping into coffee-water and arraying on the cream for the remaining 12 biscuits.
12- When the biscuits are completed, add the remaining cream over the biscuits and spread equally on the surface.
13- When the biscuits are covered with cream completely, take it to the refrigerator for 2 hours.
14- When the time is over, take it out and sprinkle cacao powder on top with the help of a collander. (For that you add two tablespoons of cacao powder on a collander and move it over the dessert. You can hit to the side of collander to get nice sprinkles on every part of the dessert.
15- Do this procedure until all the dessert coats with cacao powder equally.
16- Now you can start slicing. With a suitable knife slice the tiramisu as you wish.
17- Before using the knife again, it is better to clean the knife with a napkin or paper towel.
18- Transfer the tiramisu slices into serving plates and serve. It is recommended to enjoy it with your favorite coffee.
