Cauliflower Meatballs Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 medium cauliflower
- 2 eggs
- 1 medium grated onion
- 3 cloves of grated garlic
- 1 cup of breadcrumps
- 1/2 cup of flour
- 1 teaspoon of cumin
- 1 teaspoon of red pepper powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of blackpepper
- 1/2 bunch of parsley
- 1 teaspoon of salt
How to Make Cauliflower Meatballs
1- First of all divide the cauliflower into smaller pieces.
2- Transfer the cauliflower pieces into a large bowl and add water.
3- Wash gently to get rid of possible impurities and strain.
4- Transfer the cleaned cauliflower pieces into a suitable pot and add enough water to cover.
5- Bring to a boil and cook for around 10 minutes until soft.
6- Put the cooked cauliflower pieces into a food chopper.
7- Transfer all of the chopped cauliflowers into a big mixing bowl and add the following ingredients and mix them all: 1 cup of breadcrumps, 1/2 cup of all purpose flour, 1 teaspoon of salt, 3 cloves of greated garlic, 1 grated onion, 1/2 teaspoon of blackpepper, 1 teaspoon of red pepper powder, 1 teaspoon of cumin, 2 eggs and 1/2 bunch of parsley.
8- Mix until homogenous and shape into meatballs.
