Potato Cake with Ground Beef Recipe

Here are the ingredients and step-by-step instructions on how to make potato cake with ground beef:

Ingredients: 3 potatoes, 200 gr cheddar cheese, 250 gr ground beef, 1 onion, 1/2 teaspoon of blackpepper, 1 teaspoon of salt, 2 cloves of garlic, 1/2 teacup of vegetable oil, 1 teacup of milk, 1 cup of bread crumps, 1 pack of baking powder, 1 egg

Instructions:

1- Wash and boil the potatoes.

2- Peel and grate them.

3- Add half of the cheese to the mashed potatoes.

4- In a bowl mix the egg, milk, vegetable oil, baking powder, blackpepper and bread crumps.

5- Add the mashed potatoes to this mixture and mix well.

6- Oil the cake mould thoroughly.

7- Place the potato mixture into the cake mold. Press over it to get a flat surface.

8- Put it in the preheat oven in 180 degrees.

9- In another bowl chop the onion and garlic.

10- Add the ground meat, bread crumbs, salt and pepper and mix.

11- Take out the baking cake mould and place the meat mixture on the top.

12- After 15 minutes, take it out again and replace the remaining cheese on the top.

13- Bake it until golden brown.

14- Cut it in the shape of cake slice while serving.
