1/2 kg ground meat, 2 onions, 2 cloves garlic, 1 egg, 1 cup of bread crumbs, 1/2 teaspoon blackpepper, 1 teaspoon of cumin, 1 cup of cooked rice, 1/2 bunch of parsley.

How to Make Lady Thigh Meatballs:

1- Chop the onion into small pieces.

2- Fry the chopped onion in a pan.

3- When the onions are softened, add the ground meat and fry them together.

4- Add garlic, salt, pepper, cumin, allspice and chopped parsley in a mixing bowl and mix.

5- Add the other half of the ground meat and mix all well.

6- Now you can add the fried meat to this raw meat mixture. Mix them all.

6- Beat the egg in a seperate bowl.

7- Make the bread crumbs readily available in a plate near the bowl.

8-Take out nearly a big egg size pieces from the mixture and form into an oval ball shape with your hands and flatten each side with your palms.

9- Than dip each pattie first into egg and then into bread crumps.

10- Heat one cup vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.

10- Place on paper towel to drain excess oil.

11- Lady’s thigh meatballs are best served along with mashed potatoes.
